Adults with MASH (fatty liver disease with fibrosis or cirrhosis) are invited to participate in the LIVERAGE clinical trial testing survodutide. Qualify for this liver disease research study in Southwest Florida.
The LIVERAGE clinical trial investigates whether survodutide can help adults with MASH fatty liver disease and moderate to advanced liver fibrosis, including cirrhosis. If you've been diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with inflammation or scarring, maintain stable weight, and haven't had a liver transplant, you may qualify for this liver disease research study. Compensation available. Study sites in Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs.

Who can join these studies?
Adults 18 and older with MASH (a fatty liver disease with inflammation) who have no other liver disease. Each study has its own requirements, such as a steady body weight in some studies. The study team goes over them during screening.
Can I join if I have hepatitis B or C?
Both studies exclude liver diseases other than MASH, which can include hepatitis B or C. If you have ever had hepatitis, tell the study team so they can check your situation during screening.
Does my weight have to stay the same to join?
Some studies ask that your weight has stayed about the same in the months before screening. The study team will go over this with you.
What if I've already been diagnosed with cirrhosis?
This page also recruits for a study of people with MASH who have cirrhosis. Mention your cirrhosis diagnosis during screening so the study team can tell you which study, if any, fits.
