Your baby should not have prior pneumococcal infection, immune system disorders, bleeding disorders, recent fever, or enrollment in other vaccine studies. Your baby should be between 6 and 13 weeks old. We're enrolling infants starting at approximately 2 months of age for this pneumococcal vaccine trial.
Can my baby participate if they have a fever right now?
No, not while they have a fever. Babies with a recent fever can't take part at that time. Please tell the study team if your baby has a fever and they will explain what it means for screening.

Can my baby join if they have a bleeding or immune system disorder?
