This research study is for adults 40 and older who smoke daily and have COPD with chronic bronchitis. By chance, people keep smoking cigarettes or switch to an investigational heated tobacco product. A study team will check if you may be able to join.
This COPD research study is looking for smokers with chronic bronchitis who experience frequent cough and mucus production. To qualify for this COPD study, you must be at least 40, smoke 10+ cigarettes daily, have a confirmed COPD diagnosis (GOLD 2 or 3), and be unwilling to quit smoking during the trial.
