This memory decline trial in Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs enrolls adults 50-85 with mild cognitive impairment or early cognitive decline due to Alzheimer's disease. We're testing investigational treatments including donanemab and other novel therapies. You'll need a study partner—a family member or close contact who spends 10+ hours weekly with you and can attend all visits. Our study team evaluates eligibility comprehensively, including memory assessments and brain imaging. Compensation available.
