This Phase 3 thyroid eye disease clinical trial evaluates an investigational therapy, for adults with TED. You may qualify if you have a confirmed TED diagnosis, don't need immediate eye or orbital surgery, and haven't recently received steroids, immunosuppressive drugs, or prior anti-IGF-1R therapy. Adults aged 18 to 75 can apply. The study team decides who is eligible during screening.
Can I join if I've recently taken steroids or immunosuppressive drugs?
Recent use of steroids or immunosuppressive drugs may affect eligibility, and people who have had anti-IGF-1R therapy before can't take part. Please tell the study team about all your current and recent medicines — they review them during screening.
Can I participate if I need eye surgery soon?
No, this study is for patients who do not need immediate eye or orbital surgery. If surgery is planned, you would not be eligible at this time.
